nothing feels real i feel so disconnected from myself and the world around me, i feel like my head is lost in the clouds and my body is on autopilot and idk how to make it stop
if you haven’t tried yet, phone detoxing might be helpful. reduce screentime drastically, fix ur sleep schedule, eat whole foods & drink water. see if that does anything for you.

i’ve been trying as much as i can to stay off my phone but i’m in the middle of finals 😭 but i’ll try this when i can!! hopefully it helps because idk what to do anymore
