
i let go of the people or things hurting me and clouding my own thoughts. people like my ex who were constantly praying and commenting on my downfall made me genuinely hate myself and lose any motivation to be better. i dropped his ass, found myself, did the things i liked and felt confident again, dropped the negativity and js focused on what i needed to get ahead. i met my current boyfriend who has done nothing but supported me through my mental health and past trauma and motivates me!
