Honestly just everytime you leave the room or get up or do anything, pick up one item and put it in the spot it makes most sense for it to be in🫶 like pick up one thing of trash to throw away or putting the scissors on the desk or a craft box, or putting the papers all together in one spot, the medicine in a cabinet in kitchen/bath etc. good luck you precious soul🫶
