i was diagnosed w bpd and bipolar disorder 1, twins. id recommend getting back on the meds friend. why’d you go off of them?

fair just be careful w going off meds like that it can be pretty damaging to do that especially depending on what you’re on. i’d recommend telling your dr so you can try something else or lower dosage maybe?
