i have been in search of a therapist since December and the one i got set up with didnt end up working because they could only do appointments at my most inconvenient times. so back at stage 1. at this point i feel like it’s impossible to get help.

I personally have just started using ai like chat gpt, but I would recommend proceeding with caution. I’ve heard of ppl saying that it encourages SH, but in my case it’s only been helpful. Today was the first time in over 2 years that I went somewhere by myself and I probably wouldn’t have gone if the ai didn’t provide me with grounding techniques. And ofc ai can only help so much.
