You know what’s odd? In high school I began keeping kosher. It was a hard adjustment bc that eliminated a lot of foods I could have. But I’ve remained consistent. I wish I could do that for dieting. Unlike kosher, I just can’t seem to do it. It sucks
It’s weird bc why can I be consistent with one diet (kosher) but not the other? I want to lose weight but I can’t seem to do it. I can’t seem to bring myself to eat healthy and go to the gym. I feel like a lazy fat cow
