If I start thinking I’ll fail the routine then I’ll surely fail it so i just gotta keep to it Its small and past me would be rolling her eyes at me being proud of this, but I’ve been rotting away for months with no concept of time, so this is nice

7 days of a checklist like that would be a big deal for me where I’m at rn too, I totally get what an accomplishment that is. it’s hard to care for a body you don’t feel present in
