Anyone else have really bad Dissociating that makes your mind feel empty and you can barely do anything? I need tips to get out of it it’s been almost a week of feeling like this

I’ve been having bad dissociation to where I can’t remember certain things at all, even if told to me in detail (depends how much detail though)

alarms can help with time management. you can also make playlists of a certain length with a really distinct song at the end

no yeah, i’m just talking about ways to manage it, definitely find a trauma therapist
