it’s been a hard month so far, and I feel really guilty for doing the things that have been keeping me calm because the things I need to be doing, there’s so much pressure and stress and anxiety. I just can’t with those things right now, -sorry rambling over

If you only have 10% to give, and you give that 10% you are really giving 100%

thats a preconceived notion. plenty of successful, working people in the medical field also deal with medical/mental strife too. Kay Redfield Jameson wrote the book “An Unquiet Mind”. its a personal memoir on her experience on living with bipolar 1 disorder as a psychologist+professor. mental illness ≠ doomed failure.

If you’re in crisis mode now, definitely don’t worry about it. Move away from it wait a bit if you can, and then when you’re ready, whichever is the absolute worst to not do, do that first. Then breathe. Congratulate yourself for completing it, and then do the next task. I hope this helps
