Kay Redfield Jameson wrote the book “An Unquiet Mind”. its a personal memoir on her experience on living with bipolar 1 disorder as a psychologist+professor. mental illness ≠ doomed failure.
If you’re in crisis mode now, definitely don’t worry about it. Move away from it wait a bit if you can, and then when you’re ready, whichever is the absolute worst to not do, do that first. Then breathe. Congratulate yourself for completing it, and then do the next task. I hope this helps
