Some ppl just carry more fat naturally, it’s rly not that bad. Food nourishes you, if you cut it off you’ll do more harm than good—women’s bodies are a lot more complex than men’s on this stuff imo—it might not even be food related so much as hormonal or something else. I’d even say to eat *more* nutritious food and go the gym to build muscle! You are not ugly. This body you have, who you are, it’s a gift, and you are loved. Think of yourself as a baby being loved by your parents, as a toddler
and little kid just so deeply cared for. You were cute and didn’t think of this type of stuff then, that same deeply loved kid is who you’re putting down rn. Don’t be mean to kids man, you’re someone’s kid & don’t deserve that. Would you randomly go up to some random kid & say this about them? No. So don’t do it to yourself. If you just go off looks you won’t be able to holistically improve yourself & grow as a person, make little changes day in day out based on *health* & you’ll see results
