I haven’t been through what you have been through, and that sounds exhausting and hopeless. I’m sorry you have had the life experiences you have had. You deserve to feel happier, to have more satisfying friendships, better musical roles and a relationship. But sadly people judge others, and find desire in others due to looks. This is the way it will always be, that’s just how people are, which sucks, but there is no way around it.
If you just read the message above I beg you to listen to what I’m going to say. You might have been told something similar before, or you know it deep down in your mind, and it may not be kind for me to say, but you deserve to have someone give you genuine advice. You must lose the weight. Please find some way too. You deserve more satisfying friendships, better musical roles, and a relationship. You deserve a better life, and I wish that for you, but the only way to have it is to lose weight.
That’s fair, there’s nothing you can do about that. Good job for loosing some so far tho. The thing is that even if you’ve lost some, treatment won’t really change until you’re in a normal body fat percentage range. So even if there is a noticeable change in fat people are still going to perceive you as overweight unless you’re not unfortunately. Just curious, what medical condition is it? Also will it prevent you from loosing the weight forever, or is it that you have to loose weight slower?
