✋I fr feel like this all the time everywhere I go and when I say this people either look at me weird or tell me no one feels like a person. But it doesn’t make much sense to me

no literally. same for other people too. like i see them and forget they have conscious thoughts too. like we are people? but i don’t feel like any of us are.

and maybe that’s a very baseline way of putting it. but i feel like im watching someone else move my body sometimes. mainly in public

Honest question, love: are you disassociating? I get the feeling, there’s days I don’t feel human, and days where I don’t want to human, but the “(…) someone else move my body (…)” comment made me wonder.

ykw i never thought of it like that but i do tend to disassociate a LOT so in those moments ig that makes sense? idk 😭
