haven’t ate since monday but i fear i’ve put on a lot of weight so im tempted not to eat anything else today (been binging a lot), i feel out of control with this mess, i think i might have bulimia
it’s been like this for years, i think last year i almost died from it (blood sugar dropped severely after 3-4 days), but i don’t know how to stop it

It sounds like you may have it. There’s no shame in it though! It’s okay to seek out help for it, and there’s an entire community dedicated to helping people who suffer from it. I’m already your fan 😎

How about eating some vegetables today? Maybe a good vegan restaurant or getting a fruit smoothie
