ate an apple for lunch and then got home at the end of the day and binge ate…feeling nasty and guilty as if i didn’t set myself up for failure

restrictions lead to binges. i never overly restrict anymore and actually lost weight faster! if i binge i pretend it never happened and continue my normal intake the next day. but really consistently is key and the total amnt of cals/week is more representative than cals/day
