I started going to therapy a few months ago and now every time I go I kind of just sit there and don’t know what to say. The therapist says says that there isn’t really anything else for him to talk about and I feel like now therapy is not helping anymore

Therapy isn’t the magic answer, it’s a safety net and a resource to help you on your journey. Keep utilizing it, and find ways for you to help yourself. I found taking on a new hobby and getting outside a LOT was my key. It doesn’t mean it will be yours, but I’m sure you will find it. 🫂
