TW: sh!! i haven’t had thoughts since sept and i am again and i just can’t feel anything like i need to feel something and i keep biting my lips and cheeks to try and not cut but i still can’t feel anything. does anyone have something else i could try.

Identifying the reason for Sh can help a lot. It helps rationalize why you’re doing it. If it’s for the adrenaline and chemical release you can try working out even if it’s not consistently. Journaling will help with emotions. Remember when it’s to stop sh you don’t need to do it on a schedule, just spontaneously when you’re feeling like you need something.
