The thing that helped me is, I just stopped hating my OCD when people ask me about it. I just say “this is how I like it” just embrace the things you enjoy whether they’re weird or cause stress sometimes if it puts you at ease, that’s the way to go.

I just get really depressed and the perfectionism becomes too much. But that is a very terrible tip, 100% do NOT recommend
