Decided to start therapy and don’t know what to feel about it. I’m not suicidal and I haven’t self harmed, I have thought about it a lot though. On the other hand I’m anxious a lot and have no desire to spend time with anyone. Does anyone have advice

therapy works the best for anxiety as opposed to suicide/depression imo

like anxiety i was given actual exercises that helped decrease it and make my triggers less intense but my depression is always just treated with “nooo love yourself ☹️❤️” which obv doesn’t help lol
