Started taking caplyta today. What side effects did yall experience the first couple days? My blood feels hot but I’m cold and I’m a little loopy with a high heart rate of 130

Not to scare you I thought I dying. Muscle spasms tingliness dizziness also high heart rate vomiting throat dry congestion mouth dry . I only took it once. Tbf I’m underweight as shit and since it only comes in one dose could’ve been the issue

Yeah my nose is super stuffy rn after taking it and I’m starting to get nauseous but that part isn’t uncommon for me with paych meds. Imma just have to try to thug it out rn lmao

My advice is try to go to sleep RN for me it only got worse I think I took it at 10 or 10:30 and I was up until like 7😭 and I really only also got nauseous on vraylar nothing else so maybe it’ll go away with time for you
