relapsed, broke 90ish days clean from sh. any advice to help me stop feeling despair and like i'm a failure?

Get a journal or even just some sticky notes, write one good thing about every day. The sky looked nice? Record it. Something made you laugh? Record it. Cant find anything? Make something. Go to a park and find a nice flower. Dress up because you can. Do any small tasks. Depression room? Throw away 3 pieces of trash. Cant? Do one piece instead. The little things are what’re going to help you
