if everyone has more fun when you’re not around, then you need to find yourself some new people to be around. trust me, there are so many people out there who would enjoy your presence, you just need to find them. hang in there, it will get better.

I feel you, I genuinely want to get better and more sociable and more fun around others but my neurodivergence, anxiety and depression makes it really hard.
