i still dont do ut regularly but it helps for me to do it at different times. like flossing before a shower, or before brushing

sometimes you have to learn to kindly defend yourself. don’t let anybody belittle you. or just apologize and say you’ll work on doing it forward on (hopefully they’ll shut up haha)

i didn’t floss for years straight and had almost half of my teeth cavities and the fixing process was insane but the food dan rot between teeth so just keep that in mind

sorry about that. just know negativity may feel bad at first but remind yourself that you deserve kindness and give YOURSELF grace instead. hug and treat yourself. do what makes you happy and don’t focus on anybody mean. misery won’t win
