
I promise you, talking to a psychiatrist and therapist can really help.. finding some medicine and other coping mechanisms that work for you is a life changer. last year I had a tough situation at work and came home panicked and anxious every night but getting professional help really helped me get through it
ive been trying to look for one since the start of february and its really hard to. i feel like every therapist i find im going in circles trying to match schedules or make it work, so i went to betterhelp after having so much issues but thats just way too expensive and there are no in-network therapist for me on my insurance. i dont know what i can do or where i can go anymore
