Laughing and playing games with friends. Emotional connection with family. If both are rough, find one of them to have a deep talk with them. Apologize for whatever yall both done. Heal and make amends.

The only thing that gives me the will to do anything half the time is a wheel. I put all my tasks on a wheel and it helps… and then I check it off on list later!
