Third session of therapy, and she immediately thinks I need to go to inpatient. Every therapist I’ve had says I need this at least once while I have them. I’m actually considering it but I’m unable to prioritize myself and would rather finish the semester

Well, I told her I was non stop thinking about relapsing SH and not actually acting and was in a solid level of mental pain, meds not working, psychiatrist not listening, etc. so she goes “yeah.. inpatient”

Bruh- I brought up to my mom going to the hospital and she immediately shot it down. As she has for the past 3+ years. I know I don’t need her consent, being 20+ years old and all, but yeah.. that was rough
