
ooh okay that makes sense. i’m a hypochondriac so i absolutely understand. i’m constantly freaking out about potentially having some kind of health problem. i’m sorry that you’re experiencing this :( i understand how awful it feels. definitely keep an eye out for behaviors you do related to your anxiety bc i wouldn’t ignore ocd as a possibility, ive gotten so bad sometimes to where im afraid to eat food which isn’t good! i wish you so much luck, you will be okay 🩷
that’s totally understandable. i have a similar experience! some issues i have always done but most of my ocd concern just started in january. sometimes your brain does things that are in attempt to protect you/ease anxiety somehow and they end up not being helpful maybe that’s why you’re experiencing! i’ve learned that that’s probably what im experiencing. and you’re very welcome! 🫶🏽🩷
