Finding happiness can be hard. But what I’ve learned is that therapy really does help.

I’ve been having the same issue, I recently realized i have been misdiagnosed with major depressive disorder. I have since learned I have bipolar depression and need a completely different type of medication. They also have a treatment called TMS therapy for individuals where medications don’t work and it has a high remission rate. You should look into it :) best of luck on your healing journey my friend

I guess what I mean is, we aren’t always looking in the right place for means of healing, but i firmly believe that happiness is possible for anyone who doesn’t give up. I’m no means healed but this is the only way of thinking that keeps me going

For sure. Dwelling in your depression & anxiety can really make you feel like you’re alone. When in reality you are loved, cherished, and appreciated. I appreciate how strong you are for acknowledging you’re feeling down.
