Finding out both my parents had to go on medication for anxiety or other mental health makes so much sense as to why my anxiety is so freaking bad 🤩 Raw dogged 22 years unmedicated but I fear it’s time. Please share your experiences with getting on meds

I was thinking of buspirone. I’ve heard good things and have done research. I’m also in that field so I don’t want to go on SSRIs or benzos
