Every day:
6AM: wake up, see something terrible has happened in the news, feel upset about it. Get ready for the day
7:15 AM: go to work. Forget about the sadness. Put on a mask. Make everyone think you have the best life possible.
Rinse and repeat.
That is why I have stopped paying attention to the news and live my days in ignorance until it becomes very well known and I’m the last to hear about it

Yeah at some point you just gotta ignore the news if its negatively affecting you. Theres nothing you can do about it so don't stress yourself with it
