Calcium supplements have some support for helping. Certain hormonal birth controls can help a little for some people but didnt improve mine (made it slightly worse). If you have a decent doctor trying different ones might be worth it. If you need to, going down the route of getting disability accommodations for part of the month might be a solid option but youll need decent medical documentation showing youve tried other stuff (usually).

find something to look forward to for after the worst of the symptoms and pain passes. no matter how bad it gets it’s always easier to get through when there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. on that note if you’ve tried truly everything and nothing helps then i guess just be glad that life is temporary 😭 stay strong out there
