try to find counseling services in your area. if you’re a college student there should be free resources on campus and if not look into free or low cost programs in your area. it may seem silly but they can help you start to work through things

if you are getting help with it in therapy i would say to lean on your friends and family more. even the ones that are also grieving. it is really important that you know you aren’t alone and there are people in your life that want to give you support
