All of the sudden I refuse to eat, I’m so focused on my weight, I can’t stop thinking about how much calories are in everything :(

Pls message me if you’d like. I struggled with bulimia/anorexia for years, eating is very important. you need to remind yourself that nobody’s judging you more than your are

The crazy thing is I envy the fact that you’re able to control your eating and I know I shouldn’t. All I do is eat, I can’t stop… sigh

Not eating enough slows down your metabolism and causes your body to burn muscle, so it’s actually rather counterproductive. The trick is to make it easier for yourself: - Calculate your maintenance and find a deficit that works for you - Use an app or write down your daily calorie intake - Start planning meals for the week and eat out less. It’s harder to track calories and macros from restaurant food - Exercise. You technically don’t *need* to exercise if you’re in a deficit but it helps

It’s crazy how disordered eating goes both ways

Thank you, I’m trying to tell myself that but it’s definitely hard when I’m my biggest critic
