i feel like i'm getting so much worse. when i was mostly fine and now my memory is getting worse and i'm getting angrier and i'm more dissociated and it shouldn't be like this because i'm in a significantly better situation but i'm doing so much worse

i think it’s normal to feel worse once your in a better situation. like it gives you space to process hard stuff. try to give yourself grace.
