
This very true. I have BPD (borderline, a lot of people think it’s bipolar when I just say the acronym) and I was at rock bottom for a while. Thank you for your input!! All of this is true, and I fully agree about the combination of work & grace. It is extremely important to push yourself forward, but it is just as important if not more important to understand that progress isn’t instant, and failure isn’t permanent. Success is getting back up and trying again. Try not to be hateful or judgmental toward yourself, try to be kind and constructive to yourself the way you would be to a friend struggling with the same things.
