there is an adjustment period to ssri's where your brain is trying to adjust to all the serotonin which leads to confusion and mood swings. it should pass

ahh that makes sense. i felt totally fine for the first 4 months on it but it suddenly changed so my doctor thinks it unmasked bipolar

mmh maybe but personally as someone with bipolar 2, ssri's pushed me into a hypomanic episode on day 1 and prozac sent me into psychosis so idk about it unmasking bipolar this far into taking ssri's but im not a doctor ✋🏻

FIRST💀 do you have a psychiatrist or a normal doctor? typically zoloft is first line of defense that works for allot of people
