Mental Health on Sidechat | F 22 I cried in front of my class while presenting. Not quiet tears I was actually sobbing. I was just so nervous. I never cried again, but in other classes I would visibly shake and I could never make eye contact with anyone. This happened all 4 years.

I also visibly sobbed while presenting in class the semester universities went back in person after the shutdown (also I was a transfer). I did in fact drop out because of the embarrassment and stayed unenrolled for 2 years before transferring back to my original university. I don’t think practicing public speaking among strangers is beneficial or skill enhancing for ppl like us.
