medication is definitely a huge decision but majority of the time it’s way less intimidating than it seems. I say this as someone who has been on a handful of meds, and I can tell you that SSRIs were by FAR the mildest in terms of side effects. and if it’s not right for you, that’s okay! you don’t have to stay on them forever. you deserve the chance at relief. if you have any questions feel free to reach out :)
