I used to go to bed to escape feeling lonely, or bored, back when my sleep habits were terrible. I treated sleep as a punishment or a last resort. Now I see sleep as an important priority that I do for myself to maintain my health, improve my focus, & to stay a step ahead of my depression. This has really improved my whole life experience.
