Does anyone else have horrible memory? Like I can’t remember shit and I feel like it keeps getting worse. Some of my friends are getting annoyed because I’ll have asked something that I’ve already asked before and just forgot and I feel bad.

Omg yes!! Like I barely remember my childhood past years, months, and often struggle to remember things from previous days… I kinda think it could be from stress/mental illnesses or I wonder if it’s a drug side effect?

Yes!! This can be tied to doomscrolling, and a low attention span! Lock up the phone for a few hours a day and that might help
