I used to self harm but then I switched to pain killers and now I self harm while high by scratching so it's not too much damage but we're back at square 1 😭😭
don’t do it! try sweating it out at the gym, go for a walk, meditate, journal, be in the sun. get good sleep, talk to a friend you love otp. it gets better, it takes time but it does i swear

I try and during the day I'm fine but when night comes and I'm inside alone the urges always win :(

Yea I'm thinking the move might be to get some sort of downer prescribed so I can just knock myself out
