hang on to the things you still enjoy, no matter how small. let the people you’re close with know how you’re feeling so they can help you and check in with you

I’m in the same boat. Whatever things you enjoy in life, indulge yourself in them as much as you’re able to. Find the things that do make you happy and do distract you and do those things even if they’re small. Think about people in your life. What truly could be the impact on them if you were gone? It’s not fun to think about but it’s real. I lost two friends because one went through with it and the other couldn’t take the pain and joined them… We have to keep pushing through❤️‍🩹

Retail therapy, I try and be mindful when im down bad and treat my self to like an extra coffee

I tend to find people or animals to hold on to. Like if I kms rn, my family would break and my pets would miss me so much and not understand

Last night was the type of depression that I just didn’t find enjoyment in anything, thank you though, I ended up going on a run and it quieted the thoughts a bit
