I sent $50 to my stepbrother and wished him happy birthday and he didn’t even text happy birthday to me. We’ve known each other over 10 years and my birthday is two days after his. I’m never putting effort into our relationship again

don’t put your worth in others. treat yourself because speaking from experience, sometimes you’re all you got. no contact and move on if that means finding peace because you can find better.
