i’m a gf but i’m here for advice… my bf has been through a lot he’s never fully opened up but he’ll drop things here and there but so casually… how do i bring that up out of the blue to ask if he wants to talk… i don’t want to sound pushy

Just go up to him and say that you love him and that I’m here if you need to talk and that your not going anywhere

Next time he drops some casual stuff, tell him “hey… if you ever want to talk about anything, I’m safe. And if you ever need someone to just sit with you, I’m here for that too.”

I’m glad. Men don’t need women to fix their problems. In fact, a lot of times we don’t want you to try. What means the most is understanding and appreciation. Sometimes it’s the silent support that rings the loudest.

Men will carry a burden their whole life without complaint if they have someone he cares about acknowledge that he has to carry it… if that makes any sense…
