Idk bout the comics but as far as the fox movies we saw him at least get his claws at like 10 or something and I think it’s safe to assume somebody would’ve assumed something is strange with him if every little scrape or bruise healed in seconds but lowkey that does make me think if he did get say a bad scratch at like 7 that had a scar would it heal once he did get his powers
