see but iron man is the only one in the movies who attempted to sit down and talk things out. cap left mid meeting, didnt communicate at all about the winter soldiers, zemo, none of it, and then iron man STILL bends over backwards to accommodate. the accords are dumb but most of the movie was not about the accords at all

Did we watch the same movie? Because I didn’t get that at all. I thought the meeting consisted of “sign this and we won’t arrest you” and that’s why he stormed out- because he was like “I’m not giving up my friend for that”

nope, he left because he found out peggy died, and in the second meeting, he left because bucky had been triggered. the “we won’t arrest you if you sign” came AFTER he blew up a major highway in an international country and assulted multiple foreign officers in bucharest while wearing the american flag plastered across his chest
