In the comics, yes, easily. Movie Spider-Man? Ehhh, probably, but he’s kind of nerfed in his portrayal.

Spider-Man can lift 10 tons, cap is no where near that strong. It’s a fact in both comics and the mcu that Spider-Man is far stronger.
