i dont think she was calling him a cheater i think she is just kind of saying that she is upset because she wasted her pick on a guy that didnt want her, hence the cheating comment, as men who cheat dont truly want their partner

I can see that, but again it is so early, I feel like I would rather the guy explore connections this early rather than a week in. Then after their talk he still affirmed Mel and told her they were the strongest connection, but instead of hearing that she talked about men who cheat for 10 minutes and got defensive. She can be upset or slightly cautious cause it's weird seeing your man talk to another girl in real life but this is Love Island that's the point and that's going to drive him away
