I really think people forget that these people are isolated in hotels for weeks before the villa and they have no access to the outside world like that does weigh on you. We haven’t even really studied the affect that the phone has on the brain and phone addiction has on the mind. It makes sense that people feel things so much stronger because this is all they have and these are the people they are around 24/7. We aren’t around a small group of people 24/7 in our everyday lives as adults.
