You’re not going to like this truthful take, but had it been the girls doing the heart rate challenge and the guys having to watch the girls would’ve moved the same way. It was a challenge, the one that kickstarted casa at that. You can’t tell everything from a challenge, that’s been the main point the girls have been making. Every time something is mentioned from a challenge, everyone makes the same point that “it was a challenge”.
historically on love island, the challenge the producers face is trying to get the men to not treat casa like a bachelors party while the women remain faithful. they were shown the tv screen so that they would be more likely to also explore and understand how the guys were moving, and still ended up being more faithful than them. it’s not necessarily just a challenge but a glimpse into how someone’s moving during the phase where your connection is tested
Ok yeah that’s actually fair, although I think after the initial anger they were mad at how KC handled the reintroduction (which I agree he handled poorly). He was disrespectful at that point (I’m not talking about the not comforting Aniya thing, I personally don’t think that’s something he needed to do) and it could just be he’s not the most eloquent but I get why they were mad at how
It isn’t stringing along tho. He did like Aniya, he just found someone that he was more compatible with. Y’all can’t shame him for doing what he was supposed to do (finding his best connection), when had Aniya just put herself first, (which is what she should’ve done cus you can’t move through love island putting everyone else before you) she wouldnt have been going through it as much
Yes, you can do it respectfully, and he apologized for it all and took accountability bc sometimes ppl need to see it from others perspective. But there’s a lack of understanding that some feelings are situational, not caused by an individual. She felt humiliated bc she was left alone. But someone was going to get hurt regardless. It just sucked that it had to be her
I think he liked her but then grew resentment towards her bc he felt that she was why he couldn’t explore before casa. I also think the constant arguments about the same thing played a part too. I think it just reduced over time and he was trying to work with what he had, since they did technically only have each other. He’s very much so a coward, but I do think her insecurities played a part in it as well. Both sides made it difficult (pre casa)
