I think everyone moved on from KC and Aniya quick since they both found relationships but their anger towards KC was because of the disrespectful comments etc whereas w sincere it was just about his relationship w Melanie

That’s because sincere never snapped back. They didn’t like KC because he argued back and it even got super heated during the arguments. Sincere always took the criticisms and would agree / apologize. Not at all saying sincere is better but that’s why they accepted him more than KC bc he was receptive to being called out while KC was not
